INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy applies only to www.showbizzle.com (the "Site") (however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise), which is owned and controlled by Showbizzle, LLC ("Showbizzle" or "we," "our," or "us"), or other interactive features or downloads that are owned or operated by Showbizzle and are available through the Site or that interact with the Site and post this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Site and does not cover any information collected at any other web site or offline by Showbizzle (unless specifically stated). This Privacy Policy explains Showbizzle's information collection practices at the Site, such as the types of information Showbizzle collects regarding visitors to the Site and how we may use that information. THE INFORMATION THE SITE COLLECTS AND HOW WE USE IT --Information You Provide To The Site

Showbizzle may also publish your name, voice, likeness and other Personal Information with the content (or any portion of the content), and Showbizzle may use the content, or any portion of the content, for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional activities. Please note that information submitted to the Site via a "contact us” or other similar function may not receive a response. We will not use the information provided to contact you for marketing purposes unrelated to your request unless you agree otherwise.

Your Public Profile: If you register to join the Site's online community (e.g., become a "Member"), you may create a personal profile that includes information such as your name, age and location (city/state), and optional information added by you including, for example, your job, aspirations, interests, personal photographs and videos, etc. ("Profile"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that you disclose publicly or otherwise upload onto your Profile. If you post Personal Information online through blogs, message boards or other public forums the Site may make available, it will be publicly available and you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. Showbizzle cannot ensure the security of any information you choose to make public and cannot ensure that parties who have access to such publicly available information will respect your privacy. Please exercise caution when deciding what information to include in your Profile and when deciding to disclose Personal Information in any public areas of the Site. Profile information is used by us primarily to be presented back to and edited by you when you access the service and to be presented to others permitted to view that information on the Site. From time-to-time we may provide Profile preference settings that permit you to specify different levels of Member and non-Member access to certain information on a Member's Profile, the functionality and features of which are subject to change from time-to-time so visit it frequently to confirm the settings reflect your then current preferences and we recommend that you do not post information or content as part of your Profile that you are not prepared to make public. Members should carefully consider the use of such settings to improve information display options and to ensure the settings are properly set and functioning in the manner desired. Notwithstanding the availability of Profile preference settings, you should be aware that these settings are for convenience only and do not employ complex data security protection of the nature we use to protect Personal Information you have not elected to post as part of your Profile and accordingly discretion and good judgment should be exercised when posting information or content as part of your Profile. Changing setting options may not result in immediate changes to the settings, which are subject to our operations and maintenance schedules. You may edit most of the information you have supplied for your Profile by logging in to the Site, going to "Your Profile" and clicking on the "Edit" button. You may request removal of your Profile from the Site by contacting us through the "Contact Us" feature on the Site.

     Information You Provide About A Third Party:  If you send someone else a communication from the Site, such as sending Site content to a friend, the information you provide (names, e-mail addresses, etc.) is used to facilitate the communication and is not used for any other marketing purpose unless we obtain consent from that person or we explicitly say otherwise. Please be aware that when you use any send-to-a-friend functionality on our Site, your e-mail address may be included in the communication sent to your friend.

      Information Third Parties Provide About You: We also may, from time to time, supplement the information we collect with outside records from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you and to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you.      Embedded Scripts:  An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as which links you click on. Showbizzle may share non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated user statistics, with third parties.       When You Agree To Receive Information From Third Parties: You may be presented with an opportunity to receive information and/or marketing offers directly from third party(s). If you do not agree to have your Personal Information shared (which may be given via either an opt-out or opt-in mechanism), your Personal Information will not be shared with such third party(s) for direct marketing purposes. If you do agree to have your Personal Information shared, your Personal Information will be disclosed to such third party(s) and all information you disclose will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of such third party(s).      Third Parties Providing Services on our Behalf: We may use third party vendors to perform certain services on behalf of the Site, such as hosting the Site, designing and/or operating the Site's features, tracking Site analytics, enabling Showbizzle to send you e-mail or performing other administrative services. We may provide these companies or personnel with access to user information, including Personal Information, if necessary to carry out the services they are performing for you or for Showbizzle.

     Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions:. We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a "Promotion") through the Site that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the terms, conditions or official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. If you choose to enter a Promotion, Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion's official rules, such as on a winners list. THIRD-PARTY AD SERVING AND AUDIENCE AND TRAFFIC MEASUREMENT SERVICES: The Site may use third party network advertisers to serve advertisements on the Site and may use a traffic measurement service to analyze traffic on the Site. Network advertisers are third parties that display advertisements based on your visits to the Site and other web sites you have visited. Third-party ad serving enables us to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested. Although advertisers and other companies do not have access to cookies set by the Site, the Site's third party ad network providers, the advertisers, the sponsors, and/or traffic measurement services may themselves set and access their own cookies on your Device if you choose to have cookies enabled in your browser or they may otherwise have access to non-personal information. NOTICE TO PARENTS: The Site is a general audience web site and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than the age of fourteen (14). We will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of fourteen (14).

CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION AND QUESTIONS: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of registration. The Site may allow you to correct or update Personal Information you have provided through a Site registration form, in your Profile or otherwise. THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES: The Site may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and those third parties may collect web site usage information and your Device Identifier when web pages from the Site are served to your browser. In addition, the Site may contain links to other third party web sites that Showbizzle does not control. Showbizzle is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third party web site. For example, if you "click" on a link from a Showbizzle partner, the "click" may take you off the Site onto a different web site. This includes links from sponsors and partners that may reference the Site or the Site's logo as part of a co-branding agreement. These other web sites may send their own cookies to you, independently collect data or solicit Personal Information and may or may not have their own published privacy policies. Showbizzle encourages you to note when you leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of all third party web sites before submitting any Personal Information to those sites.

E-MAIL MARKETING PREFERENCES: Users who create an Account and become a Member will automatically be registered to receive regular e-mail newsletters from Showbizzle. E-mail newsletters sent by Showbizzle will also enable users to directly unsubscribe from the newsletter.

THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS: Third party applications may be available via the Site. The owners of these applications ("Third Party Owners") may collect Personal Information from you and may have their own policies and practices. Showbizzle is not responsible for how Third Party Owners or their applications use your Personal Information. These Third Party Owners may have their own terms of service, privacy policies or other policies and ask you to agree to the same. Showbizzle is not responsible for these policies or the practices of Third Party Owners. CONSENT TO TRANSFER INFORMATION TO THE UNITED STATES: The Site is operated in the United States and intended for users located in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Site or providing us with any information, you consent to this transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

SECURITY: Showbizzle takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect and secure Personal Information. However, no data transmission over the Internet, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that we can not ensure or warrant the security of any information we collect, and you use our Site and provide us with your information at your own risk.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY: Showbizzle reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. However, Showbizzle will not use your Personal Information in a manner materially different than what was stated at the time it was collected without your consent.
